Ms. Hipkins is the Founder and Principal of Green Atlas Consulting, helping companies integrate sustainability alongside their commercial mandates, with a current focus on the intersection of technology, sustainability, and capital raising. Ms. Hipkins recently served as Head of Asset Management at 17 Asset Management, developing alternative investment products that drive both impact and financial returns. Prior to launching Green Atlas, Ms. Hipkins worked in the Special Situations Investing group at Castlelake L.P., where she focused on investments in renewable energy and mining globally. Ms. Hipkins also served as the lead investment professional on the ESG Working Group, where she focused on the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance ("ESG") factors into investment underwriting.

Ms. Hipkins began her career at the International Finance Corporation�s Global Infrastructure and Natural Resources team, where she focused on debt and equity investments in mining projects in developing countries, and PIMCO�s Strategic Accounts team, where she managed investment relationships with multinational broker dealers. Ms. Hipkins is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a SASB Fundamentals of Sustainable Accounting credential holder.
