Wilkes Graham is the Director of Research and a Senior Analyst covering the Real Estate sector at Compass Point Research & Trading, LLC, a full-service investment bank focused on the financial services industry and headquartered in Washington, DC. Mr. Graham joined Compass Point in 2010 to spearhead the firm�s Real Estate research coverage. Mr. Graham works with the research team to create differentiated research on the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) sector, Home Builders and other Real Estate Operating Companies (REOCs).
Prior to joining Compass Point, Mr. Graham spent 9 years as a Senior Vice President and Real Estate Research Analyst at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., Inc., covering real estate investment trusts and real estate operating companies. While at FBR, his coverage spanned the office, industrial, diversified, multi-family, and mortgage REIT sectors, and he helped develop a number of proprietary submarket and property-level valuation models to value real estate companies. Previously, Mr. Graham was a Research Associate in the Real Estate group at Raymond James Financial. Mr. Graham earned his B.S. in Business Administration and his M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina�s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
